Trayserver trays are high-precision termoformowane parts developed for use in automated placement systems. They enable fully automatic feeding of components to pick & place machines, robotic placement heads i vision systems — without manual intervention, with high reproducibility i minimal reject rates.

The key to a successful trayserver tray is dimensional accuracy: every component must sit in exactly same position in tray — regardless of whether it is first or 10,000th part in series. Nasze termoformowanie tools are designed for these tolerance requirements, with tool temperature i trimming process precisely controlled.

We manufacture trayserver trays for electronic components, micro switches, sensors, connectors, SMD components i customer-specific parts. Depending on component sensitivity, we produce from ESD-protected materials (PS-ESD, PET-ESD) or from standard termoformowanie materials.

On zamów, we coordinate tray geometry directly with manufacturer of your placement system or validate trays through a joint sampling process. We supply sample trays for machine qualification before series production begins — keeping you on safe side.
