Nonwoven processing at Scafa Thermoforming GmbH encompasses the professional assembly and cutting of technical nonwoven fabrics for industrial applications. Whether filter media, protective sleeves or cushioning inserts — we process nonwoven fabrics from various materials and shape them to your exact requirements.

Our filter bags made from high-quality nonwoven materials are precisely manufactured and find application in air and liquid filtration. The protective sleeves made from nonwoven reliably protect sensitive components, surfaces and products from scratches, dust and damage during transport and storage.

Thanks to state-of-the-art CNC cutting technology, we achieve maximum dimensional accuracy even with complex geometries and large quantities. The subsequent assembly — through sewing, ultrasonic welding or bonding — guarantees durable, resilient connections according to your technical requirements.
