Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS) is the preferred material for industrial trays that must withstand harsh conditions on a daily basis. ABS excels through its exceptional combination of impact resistance, rigidity and chemical resistance — properties that are indispensable for production facilities, assembly lines and maintenance areas.
Our ABS trays resist hydraulic oils, cutting fluids, alkalis, cleaning agents and most industrial chemicals without losing their shape or protective function. This makes them the ideal solution for metalworking, mechanical engineering, automotive and chemical industries. Even after hundreds of cleaning cycles, dimensional accuracy is maintained.
We process ABS in wall thicknesses from 2 to 6 mm, depending on load requirements and application area. The excellent thermoformability of ABS allows complex geometries with tight tolerances and deep cavities — solutions are also possible for difficult component contours with undercuts.
ABS trays can be supplied in various colours depending on requirements — black is the standard colour for industrial applications as it conceals dirt and looks robust. On request, we also manufacture in grey, anthracite or your corporate colour. ESD treatment of the ABS material is also available.
