Trayserver trays are high-precision thermoformed parts developed for use in automated placement systems. They enable fully automatic feeding of components to pick & place machines, robotic placement heads and vision systems — without manual intervention, with high reproducibility and minimal reject rates.
The key to a successful trayserver tray is dimensional accuracy: every component must sit in exactly the same position in the tray — regardless of whether it is the first or the 10,000th part in the series. Our thermoforming tools are designed for these tolerance requirements, with tool temperature and the trimming process precisely controlled.
We manufacture trayserver trays for electronic components, micro switches, sensors, connectors, SMD components and customer-specific parts. Depending on component sensitivity, we produce from ESD-protected materials (PS-ESD, PET-ESD) or from standard thermoforming materials.
