In medical technology and the pharmaceutical industry, packaging is about more than just product protection — it is about patient safety. We process medical-grade films from leading manufacturers: PETG from Klöckner Pentaplast (kp) — crystal-clear, extremely impact-resistant and suitable for demanding applications. Additionally, we use G-PET (GAG films) from Krumbeck — sealable, dimensionally stable and with a glycol-modified outer layer that enables secure Tyvek or foil sealing. Both materials are free from plasticisers and suitable for direct contact with medical devices.
Production takes place at our thermoforming facility in Sundern (Sauerland). Our processes are designed to ensure complete documentation and traceability. We provide material certificates, batch documentation and measurement reports — everything you need for internal audits, approval procedures and collaboration with Notified Bodies.
