In the premium segment, the packaging determines the first impression — and thus the perceived value of your product. Flocked inlays transform a standard blister package into a high-end unboxing experience: the velvet-soft surface protects sensitive products from scratches whilst simultaneously conveying a luxury haptic that delights customers.
The flocking is carried out in collaboration with Krekelberg Flock Products — a specialist partner for electrostatic fibre flocking. Millions of fine textile fibres are applied vertically to the surface of the thermoformed inlay. The result is a uniform, velvety coating that convinces both visually and haptically. As the base material, we use PS films (polystyrene) from Fernholz — dimensionally stable, cost-effective and ideally suited for flocking.
In addition to flocked inlays, we also manufacture transparent plastic displays for product presentation at the point of sale. Counter displays, stands and special shapes — individually thermoformed at our facility in Sundern (Sauerland). From the idea through the prototype to series production: everything from a single source, Made in Germany.
Typical applications: watch boxes and jewellery cases, cosmetic sets and perfume packaging, high-quality tool inserts, electronic articles and presentation packaging for retail. Flocked inlays are available in all common RAL colours — from classic black through dark blue to custom special shades.
