The automotive and engineering industries place the highest demands on packaging solutions: dimensional accuracy in the tenth-of-a-millimetre range, resistance to oils and greases, absolute compatibility with automated production lines. Our plastic trays must withstand hundreds of cycles in JIT and JIS logistics chains — without deformation, without material fatigue.

As the material, we rely on ABS from Universal-Polythex — a material with maximum impact resistance that is resistant to industrial oils, alkalis and greases. For lighter components with particularly high demands on contour sharpness, we recommend PS/HIPS from Fernholz, which enables the most precise contours for robotic grippers.

Of course, we manufacture KLT-compatible trays to VDA standard. Stacking nubs, registration noses and defined pick-up points for pick-and-place robots are standard for us — for seamless integration into your automated production line.
