We manufacture custom plastic trays starting from 1,000 units and specialize in large-scale production runs of up to 500 million units per year per item. For sampling, we first create segment samples from Ureol so you can test the fit before production tooling is manufactured.
For new developments, expect approximately 6-8 weeks from inquiry to first serial delivery. This includes technical drawings, sampling (Ureol), tooling on our in-house CNC machines, and production start-up.
We process PET, rPET, PVC, PS, PP, ABS and other plastics depending on requirements. Colored, ESD-conductive or food-safe variants are possible. Our Technical Designer Aljoscha Pampuch will advise you on the optimal material for your plastic tray.
Yes, we always create segment samples from Ureol before serial production of your custom plastic tray. These samples do not have the final surface quality but are perfect for fit testing with your product. Production tooling only begins after your approval.
